How to calibrate a laser distance meter
The laser distance meter steps are as follows
1. Check whether the laser rangefinder is defective.
2. Choose a fixed position, fix the tripod and fix the laser rangefinder on the tripod.
Set the baseline.
3. Fix a target at a distance of about 30 meters, use a laser rangefinder to measure the distance, record the readings, and use a qualified laser rangefinder to record the readings.
4. Move the target distance to 20m and 25m respectively, repeat the measurement 5.3 times and record the reading.
5. Allowable error: 3mm
6. The difference between the three measured values of the off-campus qualified laser rangefinder and the measured value is within the allowable error range.
